Our Glasgow facility is equipped with the latest in CNC machinery and CAD technologies.
Using state-of-the-art 3-axis and 5-axis CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery, ICL Tech offers precision trimming and cutting of large and small, flat and three-dimensional plastic components.
We can economically produce almost any cut shape at high speed and with great accuracy from a wide range of rigid plastics.
Our designers and engineers work hand-in-hand with our skilled CNC programmers taking CAD files to CAM production. Their combined skill sets ensure a flawless turnaround of both simple or complex shapes and profiles machined in a single operation.
ICL Tech’s industrial 3-axis CNC machines can take sheet sizes of up to 3000 x 2000mm and are capable of holding tolerances of +/-0.2mm. We can repeatedly output near exact replicated parts at great speed.
From small batches and prototypes to large-scale production, we offer a streamlined process to get your plastic parts machined accurately.
Our industrial 5-axis MAKA CNC machines allow for easy routing of large plastic parts and can also be programmed to precisely machine multiple smaller components.
Our 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines ensure repeatable precise routing and drilling of 3D vacuum formed products to a maximum quality finish every time.
