CNC Milling All Axis’ machining facility is fully enabled with 3, 4, & 5 axis CNC mills capable of navigating complex geometries and tight tolerances of up to ± 0.002 per inch of dimension.
CNC Turning the facility is equipped with a variety of CNC and manually operated lathes. All Axis’ capacity encompasses grooving, facing, knurling and treading processes.
CAD CAM using the latest 3D CAD software, All Axis’ design engineers help customers to explore designs, fine-tune ideas for bespoke plastic parts, or re-engineer legacy or obsolete components.
Concept Development All Axis has wide industry experience working with customers to help ensure their ideas and designs are workable and optimised against cost, application, environmental and performance criteria.
